For a period of sixty days (60) from delivery to the original purchaser, LIFELINE warrants each product of its manufacture to be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or material.
During this warranty period repairs will be made without charge by LIFELINE at its plant located at:
1601 S. Kofa Avenue
Parker, Arizona 85344.
Transportation costs for the return of any allegedly defective product are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The liability of LIFELINE shall be limited to repairs or replacement under this warranty of any product which, upon examination at LIFELINE‘s plant, is found to be defective during the warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to:
1. Any failure resulting from the lack of maintenance.
2. Normal wear and tear.
3. Misuse or damage.
4. Any product which has been altered, changed or repaired by anyone other than LIFELINE.
5. Failure to comply with the warnings and instructions set forth in the LIFELINE Owner’s Manual.
6. Products which are not manufactured by LIFELINE (any warranty furnished by such manufacturer, if possible, will be passed on to the original purchaser).
This warranty is the only expressed warranty applicable to the products manufactured by LIFELINE and is in lieu of all other warranties. Any implied warranty is limited in duration to sixty (60) days from the date of the original purchase and runs only in favor of the original purchaser. LIFELINE neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with such products. This warranty is intended to comply with Federal statutes and regulations, and the laws of the State of Arizona. This warranty remedy shall be exclusive and in no event shall LIFELINE be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.
